Handmade with the pursuit of being “rich and soft” and “joyful and effortless to use,” BIG OIL PASTEL offers a truly unique drawing experience. Blended with premium, highly lightfast pigments and as much oil as possible, each stick delivers a luxurious, smooth, and buttery texture.

This depth of color and softness cannot be replicated by machines; every pastel is carefully crafted by hand. The shop owner creates colors freely, almost like painting itself, inspired by the mood of the day or the theme of a set. Since no recipes are recorded, the colors have neither names nor numbers, and most remain exclusive, one-of-a-kind shades.
