We’re sorry, but we do not accept custom orders.
Q. Can I purchase only a 10 colors set from the 100 colors set?
We’re sorry, but we do not sell individual colors from the set.
Q. Is shipping available to my country?

Please note that some customers find the shipping costs to be high;
however, these are the standard rates set by the shipping carriers.
Since BIG OIL PASTEL is a heavy product, the shipping fees for international deliveries
are based on weight, which unfortunately results in higher costs.

Q. Is there a store where I can see the product in person and purchase it?
Yes.
We have a limited-time atelier in Shibuya, Tokyo,
open until the end of December 2025.
It is open only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, so please feel free to visit.

Our oil pastels are very heavy.Shipping costs vary depending on the weight.
And, the shipping cost includes the delivery cost and handling fees for the shipping company.
